Published, because you shouldn’t have to book a call to
find out what something costs. One number, fixed before work begins, and it
doesn’t move because the job turned out harder than we thought.

Scoped properly after a Blueprint, then quoted as one fixed number
Quoted per project
If the number doesn’t work, say so anyway.
Every business has a month where the timing is wrong. We’d rather build
you something good than win an argument about price. Split it across three
payments, start with a smaller first phase, or tell us what you can spend and
we’ll shape the work around it.
The only wrong move is not asking.
After launchCare plans
Optional, and
genuinely optional.
Hosting, SSL,
backups and security are real ongoing costs on every website. What makes these
worth having is the second line: there is no dashboard to learn and no
password to lose. When your hours change or you add a service, you email
us and it’s live the next working day.

bill, not that you lose the website.
Before you commitThe Blueprint
$250 for a real plan,
credited in full if you go ahead.
The free review tells you what’s wrong. The Blueprint tells you exactly
what we’d build: a sitemap, page-by-page scope, what gets fixed and in
what order, and the fixed price to do it.
It’s yours to keep whatever you decide — take it to another developer
if you like. If you do go ahead with us, the $250 comes straight off the
build.
DetailWhat moves the number
Factor
Effect on price
Number of pages
The largest single factor, and what
separates the tiers. Extra pages beyond a tier are $150 each.
Who writes the words
Included from Revamp upwards. On
smaller tiers, copywriting is $200 a page.
Photography
Free if you have photographs of real work.
We’ll tell you what to shoot on a phone.
Booking or payments
Included in Growth. Added to a smaller
tier it’s $450.
Migrating old content
Years of blog posts or a product
catalogue take real time. Quoted separately.
Rush delivery
Half the normal timeline, +25%. Rarely
necessary and we’ll usually talk you out of it.
Hosting and domain
Yours, in your own name, roughly $10–$30
a month — or folded into a care plan. Never marked up.
QuestionsAsked honestly
Can I edit it myself?
There’s no login, and that’s deliberate. Most
owners edit their site twice in five years and spend the rest of the time
hunting for the password.
Instead: you email us, and it’s live the next working day. Every
care plan includes change time for exactly this. If you genuinely want to
edit it yourself, say so at the quote stage — we’ll build it
differently, and it costs more, because a system you can edit is a system
that has to be maintained.
What happens if it takes you longer than you thought?
That’s our problem. The price and the date are fixed
when you agree them. We carry the risk of having estimated badly — that’s
what fixed pricing means, and it’s the whole reason it’s worth
having.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The standard is half up front and half at launch.
If that’s awkward, a Revamp splits into three payments of $1,050 — at
kickoff, design approval and launch. That’s $3,150 rather than $2,850;
the difference is the cost of financing and we’d rather say so plainly
than bury it.
Or phase it: homepage and services now at $1,450, the rest in sixty days.
Same total, half the immediate ask, and you see results before the second
payment.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. It’s genuinely optional and you can cancel any
month. You will need hosting from somebody — that’s true of every
website — but it doesn’t have to be us, and we’ll hand over
cleanly if you’d rather run it yourself.
Who owns the website when it’s finished?
You do — the domain, the hosting account, the files, all
of it, in your name from day one. We’ll never hold your domain
hostage. If your current provider is doing that, tell us and we’ll
help you get it back whether or not you become a customer.
Can you guarantee I’ll rank first on Google?
No, and nobody can. Anyone promising it is either guessing
or selling. What we can do is make sure Google can read your site, that your
local listing is correct, and that the page is fast — which for a local
business is most of the battle.
I already have someone who built my site.
Then take the free review to them. It’s written
plainly enough to hand over, and a decent developer will act on it. We’d
rather your website got fixed than that we were the ones who fixed it.
Find out which
of these you actually need.
The review is free and tells you the
tier. No call required to get it.
